At glampetals.store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email care.hoempetal@outlook.com within 5 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if the product is defective or damaged.
Do not return any item without written instructions from our team. Packages sent without prior communication will not be accepted.
Conditions and Exceptions

We only accept refund requests for orders delivered within India.

Refunds will not be issued for products marked as "final sale" or "non-refundable."

The following items are not eligible for refunds: perishable goods (flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at care.hoempetal@outlook.com with photos and details of the issue. We will evaluate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item (if a return is required), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
